"Great staff and Employees. Ms. Shelly at the front desk is the most warm hearted person I have met in a while! Jacob, who picked up my vehicle(via tow truck) and the repair person is also an amazing person!
My very own insurance company gave me heck processing my claim, but piatt county collision has been standing by my side from the beginning of the claim assuring all o.e.m. parts and supplemental costs needed to return my vehicle to its original condition is being honored/granted by my adjuster.
